Warranty Policy

Exceptions
The following situations are not covered by warranty
1. Failure or damage caused by other abnormal use reasons such as stains or surface scratches caused by transportation, loading and unloading, cracking, collision, and use
2. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or product repair or disassembly by technical personnel not affiliated with our company or authorized service centers
3. Faults or damages caused by use in non specified working environments of the product (such as high or low temperature, excessive humidity or dryness, high altitude, unstable voltage or current, excessive zero to ground voltage, etc.)
4. Failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, etc.)
5. Faults or damages caused by user or third-party misuse or incorrect installation and debugging
